This is also a shoulderstand on feet pose, but here the flyer is positioned reversed on the base’s foot, facing backward. For the flyer to reach and hold the base’s hands, the base needs to bend their leg, which is not very stable. Therefore, we can hold the reverse star pose more stably if the flyer holds the base’s shin while the base keeps their leg extended.
