This AcroYoga transition is very similar to the version starting from Low Foot-to-Hand. The main difference is the starting position: here, the flyer begins in a High Foot-to-Hand, supported on the base’s extended arms.
Although the movement itself is almost identical, it’s worth showing this variation separately as another possible pathway out of High Foot-to-Hand.
The base brings the legs forward while gradually lowering the flyer until she can reach the base’s feet. From there, the movement follows the same principle as the Low Foot-to-Hand variation: the base bends the legs while extending the arms upward, providing support as the flyer lifts the hips over the head and rises into a vertical position.
The base lowers the flyer only far enough for her to reach the base’s feet. As soon as the connection is established, the base raises the arms again to support the flyer on the way up.
