This is a shoulderstand on feet pose where the flyer only uses one leg of the base. The other is taken out by the base, or the flyer jumps onto one of the base’s legs. Advanced acroyoga technique, you can practice a lot. The videos and related items are worth a look.

Mono limb jump progression: He jumps on both feet first. Second, one leg is under the shoulder and the other leg is supporting the upper arm. Thirdly, the flyer only jumps up to one foot.  YogaSlackers

First use both legs, reverse star. The flyer takes out one leg of the base and removes it but does not release it, then puts it back. After that, the flyer grabs one leg and transfers his body weight here, and the base takes the other leg out from under the flyer’s shoulder. Then the flyer holds the base’s leg with only one hand at the monolimb.
