Let’s connect the poses we’ve learned in the first classes — and just like that, we have our very first flow. Well-held poses, precise transitions, and stability. This can be the first milestone, the first real sense of achievement on your acroyoga journey.
In this flow, Whale and Table Pose are connected in one continuous movement. The flyer passes through Table Pose without pausing before continuing directly into Throne Pose. Although Whale → Table Pose and Table Pose → Throne Pose are presented as separate transitions on Acrodemy for learning purposes, they naturally blend together in a smooth flow.
