From Whale to Table pose

30

This AcroYoga transition moves from Whale to Table Pose. Although the two poses look very similar, this small adjustment creates a more stable and balanced position.
The flyer bends the knees, bringing the base’s hands and feet closer together. As a result, both the base’s arms and legs become more vertical, providing stronger support and making the Table Pose feel noticeably more stable.

In many AcroYoga flows, this transition lasts only a second or two before the next pose begins. This slower demonstration gives you the opportunity to study the movement in detail, making it much easier to understand the timing, body positions, and changes in support
