Flyer stands on base’s shin, toes close to base’s knee.  The order in the name is important. The first word in the name (foot) always means the flyer’s body part. The second (shin) is the body part of the base. If the flyer is standing on the shin of the base, it is foot2shin.
(see the opposite, when the flyer is kneeling on the foot of the base, it is Shin2Foot)

A close-up: base tries to keep his lower leg horizontal so that the flyer can stand on it
The flyer stands up on the shin of the base (see also in the video)
