Classic throne

In the classic throne pose, the flyer sits on the foot of the base, the upper body is straight, the thighs are horizontal, and the legs are vertical. Right angles everywhere. The legs and arms of the base are vertical. This is a stable position. There are several ways to get into the pose, watch the videos!
