Acroyoga flow – the first sequence

If you start learning and practicing acroyoga poses, the time will come when you can connect these poses and a process, a flow, will emerge, which is already the next level.
This is a possible “very first” such flow, you can try it out.   It consists of 4 poses and 6 transitions.

Front plank, bird, throne, foot2shin, shin2foot, then the same back to bird. Move slowly and use a spotter!
