The flyer kneels on the foot of the base. The flyer stays upright, the base balances.
The order in the name is important. The first word in the name (shin) always means the flyer’s body part. The second (foot) is the body part of the base. If the flyer is kneeling on the foot the base, it is shin2foot.
(see the opposite, when the flyer is standing on the shin of the base, it is Foot2Shin)
There are several ways to get into this pose, check out the videos!
