The full name of the yoga pose is: One-Legged Reverse Table. However, the name “Cake with Candle” sounds much more elegant, so we prefer to use that. The flyer’s body is horizontal, one leg is extended vertically, and the other leg is supported by the base’s extended leg at the knee pit. The flyer’s arms are extended downward, vertically, and act as an extension of the base’s vertically extended arms. This is primarily a transitional pose, rarely used on its own, and it is not typically entered from the ground but rather from other poses.
