Reverse 2 Step (with L-sit)

This washing machine is a variation of the Four Step. It runs in reverse, meaning the flyer moves headfirst instead of feet first. Rather than returning to the starting position in four steps, it only takes two. There’s also an L-sit held by the flyer along the way, but that doesn’t count as one of the steps. It requires strength and a bit of practice, but it’s definitely worth trying!
