L-Sit on hands

127

The L-sit is a strength exercise commonly used in gymnastics and calisthenics (bodyweight training), where the body is lifted off the ground by pressing through the hands, and the legs are extended straight forward, forming an “L” shape. It can be performed not only on the floor but also in the hands of a base — in which case it becomes an acroyoga L-sit.
