From Bird to Back Bird (step and pop)

This transition connects two fundamental poses.
At beginner level, it can be done step by step — the base turns the flyer over with three small movements.
More advanced practitioners can try the pop version, where the base gives the flyer a little momentum, allowing them to “fly” from bird to reverse bird.

Step-by-step transition:

  1. Cross-hand grip
  2. The base steps onto the flyer’s hips (it can be a reverse inside star)

  3. With the second step, the base moves to the sacrum

  4. The third step goes next to the previous one, also on the sacrum
