The flyer sits on her heels and leans forward with extended arms. The base bends his legs until he can reach the flyer’s hands. The flyer shifts her weight onto her hands and lifts her legs off the base’s feet. When the base feels there’s no weight on his feet, he removes them from under the flyer’s shins and bends them so that his shins are horizontal. The flyer steps onto this horizontal surface and shifts her weight onto it. The same process is repeated on the other side. Finally, the flyer lets go of the base’s hands and straightens up.
