The base and the flyer hold each other’s hands. The flyer lifts one leg so that their shin is horizontal, and the base steps under the shin. When the flyer feels this, they shift their weight onto it, lift the other leg, and the base steps under that shin as well. The flyer sits back onto their heels, then lets go of the base’s hands and straightens up.
