This AcroYoga transition moves from Star into Reverse Bird through a slow and controlled forward rotation.
Starting upside down in Star, the flyer maintains the hand connection with the base for balance and support. The base removes one foot from the flyer’s shoulder as she begins to tip forward, gradually shifting her body from a vertical into a horizontal position.
Using the hand connection to control the movement, the base slowly lowers the flyer while bringing his free foot to her hips. The flyer continues the rotation smoothly until she settles into Reverse Bird.
A slow, controlled transition, with the flyer smoothly rotating from vertical Star into horizontal Reverse Bird.
