From One-Legged Back Bird to Outside Star

187

This AcroYoga transition moves from One-Legged Back Bird into Outside Star. In the starting position, the base supports the flyer with one foot while keeping the other leg free.
The base steps his free foot to the flyer’s nearer hip, creating a new point of support. Throughout the movement, the flyer maintains a one-handed connection with the base for additional support. She transfers her weight onto the base’s foot and rotates with the movement, smoothly arriving in Outside Star.

Koala Singularity with AcrobatIvo

A single quick step that flows seamlessly—there’s no pause, the movement just keeps going.  Jacob Brown and Debbie Collis
