This advanced AcroYoga transition moves from Foot-to-Foot to Straight-Leg Throne with a small, controlled pop. The base briefly releases the flyer, allowing her to drop before catching and supporting her in the new position.
Although the movement happens very quickly, the brief moment of free fall can feel intimidating for the flyer. Precise timing and complete trust between both partners are essential, while the flyer maintains a straight, engaged body throughout the drop.
When the timing is right, the transition feels smooth, light, and almost effortless.
The full movement—from Foot to Foot to Throne and back to Foot to Foot.
