In Foot-to-Foot, the flyer stands upright on the base’s fully extended legs, maintaining a straight and balanced body position.
At first, the pose can feel intimidating. The flyer is high above the ground with no support around her, which can make the position feel much more challenging than it actually is. But with a stable and experienced base, Foot-to-Foot can be surprisingly simple for the flyer—after all, she is essentially just standing.
The real challenge is often not the position itself, but learning to trust the balance, the height, and the stability of the connection.
Getting up is always the hardest part. Here’s one way to get there.
