A simple and often used transition

The flyer leans forward, grabs the base’s ankles, and aligns their shoulders with the base’s feet (this can also be done hands-free). The base simultaneously lifts their hands to meet the flyer’s feet and bends their legs to allow the flyer to tilt forward. The flyer grabs the base’s wrists, the base releases the flyer’s feet, and the flyer pulls themselves up into Star.  Yoga House Acro
