This Catherine’s Wheel variation follows the same direction of rotation as the original washing machine, but with one important difference: the flyer is facing the opposite way.
Instead of starting in Bird, the sequence begins in Back Bird, changing the flyer’s orientation throughout the entire rotation. Unlike the Backward Catherine’s Wheel, which follows the original sequence in reverse, this variation keeps the forward direction of the classic Catherine’s Wheel while approaching it from the opposite orientation.
A great tutorial by Super Dave — well worth watching from start to finish.

Biceps Variation
A closely related variation replaces the Shoulder Stand on Hands with a Biceps Stand. The rest of the Reverse Catherine’s Wheel remains essentially unchanged, making this a subtle variation rather than a completely different washing machine.

Biceps Stand instead of Shoulder Stand—with a little pop added in!
This sequence was originally labeled “Creeper,” but we already have a similar yet different sequence collected under that name. Since this is essentially the same as the Reverse Catherine’s Wheel Biceps variation, I’ve included it here so it can still be part of the collection.
Hand to hand variation
A much more advanced variation, replacing the Shoulder Stand with Hand-to-Hand while keeping the rest of the Reverse Catherine’s Wheel unchanged.
Daniel Scott demonstrates each transition separately before putting them all together into the full sequence.
