This is a fast movement: from the ground, approaching from the base’s head side, the flyer jumps into bat pose with a hand-to-hand grip. The motion requires an upward push combined with a forward rotation. If we follow the transition further, they continue almost seamlessly into Paschi pose.  AcroJoga Slovensko
