The Helicopter transition starts from Bat pose.
The base holds the flyer’s shoulders, while the flyer grips the base’s forearms. From this connection, the base initiates a rotation, guiding the flyer through a transitional shoulder stand during the 180° turn. The flyer completes a full 360° spin, with their legs moving like helicopter blades.
Throughout the transition, the flyer stays in a strong and steady pike straddle position.
