The movement with STEP
Base lowers the flyer enough to hold her hand, providing a strong hold with an outstretched hand. Base takes one of his legs out (three points), flyer stretches her free leg back, so her hip becomes free, where the base can put his foot. When the flyer feels the support at her hip, she puts her body weight on it, so that the base can also take out the other leg, the flyer extends the other leg back, the base also puts the other leg in to the hip, and they assume the bird position. Flyer’s body is straight, both give a strong, extended hand.
