Balance exercise starting from a shoulder stand. The flyer grabs onto the base’s knee bend and begins to drop his body weight back. The base allows the flyer to pull his body up. The base holds itself straight and only its shoulder blades touch the ground.

This balance pose is found in an acroyoga sequence, the starting pose is the shoulder stand, and after the pose the flyer lowers her back foot to the ground and stands up.  It’s worth watching the whole video, it’s a dynamic, beautiful execution. Acroyoga Stockholm

They transition from a free shoulder stand into a balanced pose. The base and flyer hook their feet together and shift their center of gravity toward the base’s head. This allows the base’s hips to lift off the ground, creating a beautiful balanced pose. Dmitrii
