This is a special pose. I rarely see it in sequences – most of the time, we perform it purely for its own sake, simply because it’s beautiful, it feels wonderful to be in, and it offers the chance to gaze into each other’s eyes. We start from the Back Bow pose, where the base holds the flyer’s shoulder, extends his leg, and steps underneath the flyer’s foot. Click on the Acro Connection photo to watch the video demonstrating how the pose is executed.
