One-legged Throne (normal and goofy)

203

The one-legged throne pose is rarely performed on its own. Most of the time, it appears as part of a sequence. We did not separate the one-legged throne with a standard foot placement from the one with a crossed-leg placement. We refer to the crossed-leg version as ‘goofy’.
In one-legged throne poses, the base usually holds the flyer’s feet!
