The Spider Roll is a well-known and much-loved acro yoga washing machine.
It consists of three transitions, two of which are quite specific to this flow and rarely appear in other sequences.
The third transition is from Star to Bat is more common—you’ll often see it used elsewhere as well. It comes in two versions: a beginner-friendly stepped version, and a more intermediate pop variation.
Whichever one you choose, make sure to give this Spider Roll a try—and once you’ve got it, speed it up and let it flow!

I found an instructional video where everything is explained with voiceover — every movement, when to pay attention to what, what to keep in mind, how to position your hands and feet, and so on. It’s a bit long, but it’s worth watching all the way through if you’re just starting to get familiar with this technique.
