It starts as a high flying whale, then after bending the knees comes the swimming mermaid turning into a bird on hand. From here, a pike cross, you can see the cross with extended legs, and you can also see the high flying whale, from where the whole circle starts all over again. This is the basis, in the other videos we see beautiful versions where one or another pose is omitted. With these versions, this exercise will be special, diverse and exciting, it is worth trying them too (all of them).
