This is a beginner-level transitional pose. The flyer extends their arms to the sides and holds their body in a straight line. The base holds the flyer’s heels (or ankles), and their feet are placed under the flyer’s upper arms. The flyer should keep their body tight and strong like a plank — if they don’t actively engage their arms, they’ll slip down…
