From Handbird to Pike Cross

119

This move is part of the popular Swimming Mermaid washing machine, although it appears in other sequences as well. The flyer opens their legs and gently begins to lift their upper body. The base brings their legs between the flyer’s legs, supports the flyer’s upper body with their arms, and steps into the space under the flyer’s armpits. The movements need to be well synchronized, as they are closely connected! It’s worth watching the video several times to fully understand and follow the flow.

A snapshot of a transitional pose, where you can see that the foot of the base goes between the flyer’s legs behind the flyer’s back, the flyer pulls up her upper body with a straight body, legs open, spread apart so that it does not touch the ground. At the end of the process, the sole of the base and the armpit of the flyer will meet.

The base tilts the flyer with his hand, flyer raises her upper body, base brings his legs closer, and finally base puts the flyer on the sole. Meanwhile, the flyer raises her legs closed.
