From Inside Star to Reverse Bird

157

We mostly use this transition when switching from one side of inside side star to the other. In this case, reverse bird is just a passing pose — we don’t pause there, we keep moving.
Here, however, we’re stopping in reverse bird, because sometimes this pose is the starting point for another transition, such as a whip or foot-to-hand — and there are many other options too.

You can clearly see how the base uses their hands to guide and rotate the flyer into position, all while placing their feet on the flyer’s hips.
