The movement is initiated by the base, who bends his leg while flexing and tilts the flyer forward until he reaches her shoulder with his outstretched hand. In the meantime, the flyer does not squirm, but lets the base tilt with a straight body, while holding the base’s ankle, thus being able to push herself off the base’s leg and ensure stability.
