From one-legged back bird to Handstand

461

From the external one-legged back bird, it’s easy to transition into a handstand on the ground (unlike from the internal one-legged back bird). This makes it a great way to end a sequence.

The base lowers the flyer until their hands touch the ground, then uses their foot to assist the flyer in tipping over into the handstand.  Deutsch György & Kővári Janka
