This movement is the first element of the prasarita twist washing machine.
The Prasarita Twist is an interesting acroyoga element. In several recordings, I have seen that the Prasarita Twist is essentially just this transition—from Folded Leaf to Straddle Bat. There are videos where they continue further, returning to Folded Leaf through Side Star, but that part no longer resembles the movement of the Prasarita Twist.
