Coindrop is a lesser-known washing machine, but I find it important to highlight because it can be seen as a “baby” version of the washing machine called Biglemoi and London spin.
Biglemoi and Coindrop: The two are very similar, but since Coindrop uses whale pose instead of throne, the flyer starts out in a horizontal, lying position before the transition, which makes the move much easier to perform (for the flyer)
If you’re having trouble with the Biglemoi sequence, try this one first!
London spin and Coindrop:
This sequence explores a smooth, continuous flow between three classic acro poses.
We start in bird, then guide the flyer into reverse inside star, and from there into whale.
Instead of reversing the path, we keep the motion going forward: from whale, the flyer continues turning in the same direction to return to inside star, and finally back to bird.
Ide kellene egy olyan coindrop video, ahol nem állnak meg madárban, hanem folyamatosan megy a kör, egyik oldalcsillagból átváltanak a másik oldalcsillagba
Used Poses
Front plank, bird – the first step
Before you start practicing, it’s worth looking at what you need to pay attention to when taking the plank pose. The photos, descriptions and videos …

High flying whale
High flying whale: One of the first poses encountered by a beginner acro-yoga practitioner. Base’s sole is at the flyer’s shoulder blade, while the base …
Used Transitions
This washing machine starts and ends in bird.
You can also try a variation where you don’t pause in bird after side star, but instead immediately roll through to the other side star—a kind of reverse inside star tic toc—and continue the cycle from there.
This adds flow and dynamic movement to the sequence, and it’s a great way to build control and rhythm.
From Bird to Reverse inside star
This is a common transition that appears in many sequences, especially when moving from one side star to the other through bird. We demonstrate the …
From Reverse inside Star to High flying Whale
The base rotates the flyer in the inside star position. When the flyer is perpendicular to the base, he places his sole against the flyer’s …
From High Flying Whale to Reverse Inside Star
This transition doesn’t appear very often in sequences, but I still think it’s worth learning. There are similar, more advanced moves that will likely feel …
From Reverse Inside Star to Front Bird
This is a simple and smooth transition where the flyer rotates from side star into bird, landing gently on the base’s foot. Side Star Tutorial …
Used transitions II
From Front Bird to High Flying Whale
This is actually a compound move: the transition starts from bird, passes through reverse inside star, and ends in high flying whale. So it’s really …
From High Flying Whale to Bird
