Biglemoi (sometimes written Big Lemoi) is the name of a dynamic AcroYoga washing machine. While it’s widely practiced and recognized in the community, the origin or meaning of the name is unclear. It doesn’t seem to have a known meaning in English or other common languages, so it’s likely a playful or invented term.
The Biglemoi sequence includes symmetrical transitions through various poses, and it’s considered a more advanced washing machine. You can find detailed tutorials, for example, on Jacob Brown’s or Feel the flow’s platform, where it’s featured among the higher-level flows.
If you’re having trouble with Biglemoi, especially the transition from throne to side star, check out the Coindrop washing machine.
In Coindrop, the flyer starts in a horizontal position (instead of throne), so they only need to rotate sideways onto the base’s foot to get into side star—making the transition much easier to learn.
