“Ninja Queen is a lovely washing machine. Apart from the first transition — which can be a bit of a challenge — the rest is fairly simple and flows beautifully.
The name? ‘Ninja’ might refer to the half of reverse bird tic toc pose, while ‘Queen’ could be a nod to the throne as the starting position.
It’s a well-known and much-loved sequence. Have a look — and give it a flight!”

At the end of one full round of this washing machine, you can exit from throne into Vishnu and begin the next round from there. I recommend this option while you’re still getting familiar with the sequence.
Once the movements feel smooth and confident, you can try starting the next round directly from hooked throne instead of Vishnu. The hand connection stays the same — the only difference is that the base’s foot doesn’t need to touch the flyer’s armpit (which would be removed in the first move anyway). This version is a little trickier — but if you’re up for a challenge, go for it!
