More Than Three: Multi-Person Acro Poses

193

Acroyoga is often seen as a duet — but sometimes, magic happens when more than two people come together. This category celebrates the beauty and creativity of multi-person acro poses, where collaboration becomes art and connection takes center stage.

These formations are more than just impressive shapes — they are built on trust, communication, and deep listening. Each person plays a vital role, supporting and being supported. It’s about balance, timing, and being fully present with others.

Here, you’ll find pyramids and playful constructions that show how strong we are — not just individually, but together. Whether it’s three or seven people, these poses remind us that shared flight is a shared joy.

Let’s rise — as a team.

This beautiful formation was created during a spring acroyoga retreat (Tas Gergő) at the shore of Lake Balaton. What makes it truly special is that it brings seven people together into one shared pose — showing that acroyoga is not just a duet, but a true celebration of group trust, balance, and creativity.
