From Hanging bird to Shoulderstand with ankle holds

It is worth starting this exercise when you can do both poses stably.  Base holds the flyer’s shoulder, flyer holds the base’s sole with outstretched arms. Flyer raises his hips above his head and pulls himself up into a shoulder stand. At first glance, it seems simple, but it is not so. Try it, send a video if you succeed.
