From Shoulderstand with Ankle grip to Hanging Bird

I haven’t seen this transition used in any sequences before, so we decided to create our own video of it. The reverse version of this move is already known, and I was curious to see if it could work the other way around. It’s definitely not easy — but it’s possible! Hope you enjoy it.

The flyer moves their grip from the base’s ankle to their foot, and slowly, with control, lowers their body into the hanging bird pose.  Nuad Balance – Acrodemy
