This is a popular sequence: Bird, Reverse inside Star, Whale, Throne, and again Bird. We love it because the second part of the sequence – from Whale to Bird – can be performed at different difficulty levels, tailored to various skill levels. For example, you can step out of Whale and even use a pop to get into Throne. There are also multiple options for getting into Throne, such as through Foot2Hand or by popping yourself back into Bird. In fact, from Whale, you can even pop into Foot2Hand and skip the Throne to fly directly into Bird. This makes the sequence a great practice opportunity for beginners all the way up to intermediate practitioners.
