This transition can be done in two different ways — let’s take a look!
1. This transition is the most characteristic element of the Revolution washing machine. The flyer is perpendicular to the base, and if performed with an arched back, straight legs, and pointed toes, it becomes a very eye-catching, decorative element in any sequencewhere it’s included. It’s definitely worth learning and practicing. Here the one-legged back bird is inside.
2. When the flyer spins around their own axis from one-legged back bird and lands on the base’s foot, they also arrive in side star — but through a different transition. This particular movement is one of the steps in the Rotisserie washing machine. Here the one-legged back bird is outside.
The flyer lifts her far leg (the one towards the base’s legs), the base places his leg against the flyer’s hip. The flyer turns onto this leg, raises her upper body, and ascends into a side star.
