This is a tic-toc style transition between the left and right side of  Reverse Inside Star, passing through front Bird. The flyer does not take the bird pose, because she immediately moves on, the base immediately puts his foot to her hip, to which the flyer immediately turns.

With a reverse hand-to-hand grip, the flyer shifts their weight onto one of the base’s legs, then onto the other, moving into reverse outside star. Here, the flyer does not rotate into the perpendicular direction but stays parallel to the base.  Jacob Brown and Debbie Collis

Jacob Brown collected all the side star transitions in this video — we’ve extracted the reverse side star tic-toc transition from it. If you’re interested in the others as well, it’s worth watching the full video.

In the videos, the tic-toc usually appears only once, moving from one side to the other… and then the washing machine continues. Typically, there’s no back-and-forth movement, just motion in one direction.
