This is the original, classic Ninja Star washing machine. When we refer to “Ninja Star” without any additional descriptors like “bat,” “baby,” or “high,” we’re talking about this version.
In this variation, the transitions between inside side stars include back bird and reverse bird poses. The flyer rotates horizontally on the base’s feet, alternating between facing the ground (in reverse bird) and facing the sky (in back bird).
If this version proves challenging, it’s advisable to start with the Ninja Star Baby (or Bat) variation.

This is a longer tutorial video with Jacob Brown and Debbie Collis. They demonstrate the poses and transitions in detail and explain the movements. It’s worth watching all the way through

Ninja star with a straight body and closed legs. A true rarity. If you’ve already mastered the original ninja star, you can give this one a try too

If you're having trouble with this, try this one first.
