From Reverse Inside Star to Star

202

There are two possible directions to move from Reverse Inside Star. From the flyer’s perspective, one option is to go forward—the upper body leans forward and down, while the legs sweep back and up into Star position. In the other variation, the flyer doesn’t move forward, but instead initiates the transition backward.
Both versions are worth exploring and practicing.
These subtle changes in direction can bring a surprising amount of variety and richness to your flow. They challenge coordination, add new sensations, and make familiar transitions feel fresh again.
