This AcroYoga transition moves from One-Legged Back Bird into Reverse Low Foot-to-Hand through a series of controlled movements.
The base first rotates the flyer, bringing her feet closer to him. As her feet come within reach, he takes hold of the soles of her feet and establishes the Foot-to-Hand connection. From here, the flyer begins to sit up, gradually bringing her upper body upright before continuing to rise onto her feet.
The movement finishes as the flyer stands up and finds her balance in Reverse Low Foot-to-Hand.
A clear view of the rotation and the base’s footwork, with the flyer maintaining a straight, engaged body throughout the movement.
From this angle, you can clearly follow each stage of the transition and see how the individual movements connect into one smooth sequence.
