Ballerina washing machine (toes-in)
This elegant flow starts from a straight-leg throne, where the base places their feet on the flyer’s hips with the toes pointing inward (toes in). From there, the movement rotates the flyer through a reverse outside star and returns smoothly to the starting throne position.
The flyer can use their hands to press on the base’s legs, which is especially helpful while learning the flow. At a more advanced level, however, it can also be performed hands-free, relying entirely on body control. The videos show several variations, depending on the skill level and style of the pair.

In this variation, the flyer uses the base’s leg for support.
A graceful and controlled movement, combining balance and connection. Super Dave

Here the flyer maintains control purely through core engagement — no gripping, just full-body awareness. A clean, controlled movement where every detail matters. Fern and Xander

In this variation, the base gives a small push on the flyer’s leg, adding just a hint of momentum.
This gentle boost helps the flyer spin smoothly back into the throne.
