From Inverse Cross to Straddle Throne

173

From an Inverse Cross, we can transition into a Straddle Throne through an intermediate pose — the One-Legged Straddle Throne.
Base lets go of one leg of the flyer (3 points of support) and then takes out the leg on the opposite side (2 points of support). The feet of the base and the flyer move towards each other at the same time, where they lock together. The flyer sits in this locking, straightens up, turns forward, and then locks with the other leg as well.
