Biceps stand

The biceps stand is an inverted position where the flyer’s biceps rest on the base’s feet, while the flyer holds the base’s lower legs. The flyer is not completely vertical, as their shoulders and head are positioned in front of the point of support. This is a strong pose, as the flyer must hold themselves up using arm strength.
